I could’ve gone to Wizard World Nashville, but instead I’ve spent the entire weekend working on my Bombshell Hawkgirl helmet, stuffing my face with pizza, and watching Voyager.

My Simba costume at DragonCon! Also featuring my pal Danielle as Scar. :)

A friend and I organized a group of ladies to costume as genderbent Disney heroes and villains this year. The Disney Princess guys were super awesome and let us hang out with them for a while!

Oh, and those are homemade bug gummies in the bowl. Soaked in vodka. ;) Slimy, yet satisfying!

I’m a little bit bummed I didn’t have Captain Marvel ready for DC this year. But, look, you can see my She-Hulk! (Edging my way into the Carols, haha.)

Chris and I as Krieger and his virtual girlfriend (from Archer) at DragonCon 2014

This is the third time I’ve worn this costume and I’ve used a different dress each time. This was a last minute purchase and I intend on redoing it again. Eventually. I don’t particularly like the fit of this dress and, to be honest.. it’s much too long for the character, haha. I do love these costumes, though. KVG is sooo out of my element but she’s a lot of fun to wear.

I need this con crud to go away so I can get back to the gym and start eating healthy again.

I am determined to be in much better shape for DC 2015.
